Guide to BT vouchers

BT are well known as the most popular broadband supplier in the UK, and for their extensive TV and phone offerings as well. New customers signing up might be eligible for a free gift card which BT regularly give away, often for major chains such as Sainsbury’s, Next, and M&S. It is a fairly straightforward process, but here are some things to note if you intend to avail of the vouchers.

First, it is a good idea to get a BT reward card, which looks a bit like a credit card. You simply have to sign up for broadband at a time when free reward cards are being offered and wait for the service to start up at your address after installation. After this, you can sign in to your account at BT.com (specifically, the page for rewards cards) and make the claim for the card. It should be with you in the post in 30 days.

The same process is followed to redeem other BT rewards. You can get cashback cheques the same way, but you’ll have to wait 45 days of making the claim. For claiming vouchers for Boots or JD, you’ll need to input you VOL reference and you can expect the vouchers within 30 days. The same is true for Sainsbury’s cards which take 30 days and will be sent to your future address if you’re moving house at the time of signing up. And using the same page you can sign up for M&S and Costa Coffee vouchers, but it is important to note that only the promotions valid at the time of sign up can be availed of.

Things are slightly different in the case of Love2Shop vouchers. You need your BT order number, VOL number, and other details. You can expect the voucher in 30 days.

If there is any problem with your voucher, you can always give BT a shout and they’ll let you know how to resolve the issue.
