Recently a consumer survey has revealed that RAC breakdown cover was voted the best provider of customer service in the UK. The survey was carried out by UKCSI (UK Customer Service Index) and was taken from 25,000 audits across 156 UK breakdown providers.
Not only did RAC achieve a higher score than any other breakdown provider, scoring 86 out of 100, but of the 156 UK breakdown providers measured, RAC was ranked 5th overall across all sectors including retail, services and automotive. These figures are sure to impress would-be RAC breakdown cover customers.
