Sainsbury’s Home Insurance offers huge savings

Those looking to insure their properties will be delighted to hear that Sainsbury’s is offering a fantastic range of incentives on home insurance policies taken out by new customers before the 30th June.

The supermarket giant is offering a 25% discount against the policy to those who sign up before the cut off date in six weeks time. Should new customers want to take out combined building and contents insurance online, they’ll enjoy a further 5% discount. Not only that, but they’ll also receive £30 of shopping and fuel vouchers to spend in store once cover is in place, plus another £30 worth of vouchers when the policy is renewed.

Sainsbury’s home insurance doesn’t charge policy holders for paying via direct debit, and also offers benefits including unlimited buildings cover, standard accidental damage and a no claims discount of up to 30%.

Home Insurance Manager of the company, Joanne Mallon, explained why it’s such a good time to sign up to one of their policies, especially if the credit crunch is biting.

“There are significant savings to be made by shopping around and taking advantage of deals such as ours. However, home insurance policies vary a great deal so it’s also essential that people compare them not only on price but also on the level of cover they provide.”
